# Cannot connect with Dropbox under Win 10

Just installed on new PC with windows 10. Cannot sync database from Dropbox anymore. Popup says “Sync Error: Unable to read Dropbox folder from configuration. Please install Dropbox…”

Dropbox installed and i can sync to it from other PC and my mobile as well

Any ideas?

update: doesn’t restore database from Google Drive and Local Folder too ☹

What version of STRIP for Windows do you have installed? You can locate the version in Help → About menu.

2.5.11.0

It works when I upgrade from windows 8.1 to 10, but on the other PC with the fresh Windows 10 install have error I described
