# Codebook Lags and Slows Down or Freezes in Windows 10 with RDP Windows Open

Hello @sweith - we just released [Codebook 4.4](https://discuss.zetetic.net/t/codebook-4-4-released-image-and-pdf-attachments/5125) which includes a fairly major overhaul of how the Windows version handles process input for Secret Agent. I was wondering if you could try this again to see if the new version improves on the performance degradation behavior you observed with RDP?
