# Issue Migrating From android-database-sqlcipher:3.5.9 to sqlcipher-android:4.5.5

Some platforms make the SQLCipher command line tool available directly. If you’re unable to locate a prebuilt binary for your host platform, you can follow these \[1\] instructions for building the software.

Use gui application test result in windows 11

I can use SQLCipher3 open my database, but i can’t use SQLCipher4 open it

i dont know how to use command line ,so i use gui download from [https://sqlitebrowser.org/dl/](https://github.com/sqlcipher/sqlcipher-android/issues/url)

if you need i use command line ,please tell me where to download environment

Hi @xuhongchang,

Running `PRAGMA cipher_migrate` in DB Browser for SQLite won’t work because they wrap all SQL operations within a savepoint. You would need to execute that command from the SQLCipher command line shell, or library.
