Some platforms make the SQLCipher command line tool available directly. If you’re unable to locate a prebuilt binary for your host platform, you can follow these [1] instructions for building the software.

Use gui application test result in windows 11

I can use SQLCipher3 open my database, but i can’t use SQLCipher4 open it

i dont know how to use command line ,so i use gui download from https://sqlitebrowser.org/dl/

if you need i use command line ,please tell me where to download environment
