@Sqlcipher team, Any idea what is the expected duration for a 2.5 years old flagship device having 1+ GB data with cipher_memory_security = OFF?
Unfortunately, there are far too many variables that play into the performance of any one specific operation; the device age and storage do not provide enough information to make a reasonable answer to this, nor would it likely be applicable for comparison purposes. If you are concerned with the performance of your application in the context of SQLCipher usage, we do recommend you review the general SQLCipher Performance Optimization guide.
