With the Room 2.7 beta that supports KMP, is it currently possible to use SQLCipher? We’re are keeping an eye on KMP, particularly with respect to database API support, and it is definitely on our list of change requests for SQLCipher. Our implementation choices and roadmaps are largely driven by technical feasibility and interest from customers. So, while we can’t commit to anything specific today, it’s good to know that this is an important feature for you (and any other SQLCipher users) so that we can factor that into our plans. We’d also be particularly interested to hear from customers who have a requirement to use SQLCipher with KMP commercially.
