# SQLCipher for Android 4.19.1

SQLCipher for Android 4.19.1 is now available. This is a patch release following our recent [4.19.0](https://discuss.zetetic.net/t/sqlcipher-4-19-0-release/7258) release that includes the following:

- **Android 16 support:** Both `targetSdkVersion` and `compileSdkVersion` use 36
- **Linker update:** Add common-page-size linker flag
- **Room 3 compatibility:** Merge commit to adjust `getColumnType()` inside `SQLCipherStatement` for Room 3 driver

This release is available now for Community, Commercial, and Enterprise customers.
