STRIP for OS X 2.4.3: Beta Testers Wanted

We’re almost ready to drop STRIP for OS X 2.4.3! This release (like the latest iOS and Windows releases) has been a long time coming, and we had significant challenges to over come. Happily, with all that work and testing comes a slew of bug fixes, a much nicer login and window-handling experience, improved security, and a brand new feature (Getting tired of typing that same username or email address every time you create a new record? Yeah, you’re going to like this.)

So if you’d like to try it out, please email us at support@zetetic.net. Hopefully this will be our last round of checks before we ship. Thanks!

I should also mention that beta testers of the desktop version get a complimentary license, they don’t have to pay for STRIP on the desktop!

I wish we could do that for iOS and Android beta testers, but the iTunes App Store and Google Play make this very hard to do (betas expire, no way to avoid charging beta testers, etc.)

Due to some of the significant changes in this version we revved the number up to 2.5 for release this morning. If you’ve been beta testing SFM (our shorthand for “STRIP for Mac”) you should get notified of the update on next launch. That concludes this round of beta testing.

There will always be more! If you’d like to help beta test the next version shoot us an email: support@zetetic.net.
