Hello @jocaro

We do not provide build instructions for the Windows platform. If you are looking to get SQLCipher on Windows quickly, with support, we offer commercial, prebuilt binary packages for sale [here](https://www.zetetic.net/sqlcipher/commercial-edition-ordering). Please let us know if you have any further questions.
