Codebook for Windows 4.5.13 is a patch release which includes the following:
- Update: SQLCipher encrypted database library
- Fix: reset in-note search index when switching between notes
- Fix: prevent Sync menu from being disabled when available
- Fix: improve shutdown behavior of application
