How to integrate CIPHER with JAVA application

Actually I would like to integrate CIPHER with Java application not with Android.

I added the cipher jar into classpath and I ran the code , it shows the following error

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: android.database.Cursor
at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(URLClassLoader.java:381)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:424)
