SQLCipher for Android 4.7.1 Release

Hi folks,

This is a quick follow-up to our recent SQLCipher 4.7.0 release [1]. We have released a new Community edition build of SQLCipher for Android 4.7.1 [2] that removes INFO/DEBUG-level logging from the CursorWindow. Commercial/Enterprise customers who license SQLCipher for Android are not affected by this and may access the latest 4.7.0 build from our customer portal here [3].
