SQLCipher for Xamarin Android 4.1.3.0 was just released (based on SQLCipher 3.4.1), it includes a small fix to the release that addresses an issue where 32-bit native libraries were unable to locate the signal function. This has been addressed in the 4.1.3.0 release. Please let us know if you run into any issues. Thanks!
