Can you provide that library built with VS2019?

We are using the Commercial licensed SQLCipher in VS 2015.
Meanwhile, due to other issues, we are in the process of migrating the projects to VS 2019.
So we need the static library of SQLCipher built with VS 2019.
Can you provide that library built with VS2019? (both MT(Multi-Threaded), MD(Multi-Threaded DLL))
