Codebook for macOS 5.1.2 is available now, for Direct Download customers.
The Mac App Store release of this version is temporarily delayed, we apologize for the inconvenience[1].
Update, 12/9: Version 5.1.2 is now available to Mac App Store customers as well.
Changes in this version
- Searching within a note while in edit mode no longer ends editing
- Fixes focus ring showing on search in note field after clicking done button
- No longer installs default Labels when scanning a Sync Key during first time setup
- Adds prompt to select a sync service when scanning a Sync Key during first time setup and not signed into Codebook Cloud
- Fixes inability to change export format for macOS Ventura and below
- Adjustments for Codebook Cloud subscription purchase display for Direct Download users
This is not a critical update and we strongly prefer not to split up the macOS release like this. We’re putting it out early for Direct Download users due to some changes in our subscription backend for Codebook Cloud customers. In regards to the Mac App Store, we are holding off on submitting updates while we work out an unrelated issue with Apple that has come up unexpectedly. ↩︎
