After I paid for a registration I copied the product key, on my PC/ Windows 8, and then tried to paste it into the registration login. The product key would not copy. I need to get the product key again. How do I do this without paying for another download?
To copy and paste the product key into Windows registration: the product key must be copied and pasted to a Word document. Then copy and past that into the product key box.
Hi @jschnur, sorry to hear about the trouble. Do you have any third party clipboard handling software installed on your PC?
