After I changed an entry on my Windows PC (which is running v5.0.4.0 (5axdf820) and then did an update on my IOS to the latest version/build 4178, I did not see the updated entry until a selected MERGE in the Sync settings. On my 2nd PC, I am trying to run Codebook but am only getting a black screen, can’t log in. I killed it in Task Manager but that didn’t work. So I restarted my machine and launched Codebook again (on my 2nd PC) and that resolved the issue and I was able to gain access to my vault. AND, a new minor issue on my iPad, when I updated it to build 4178, when I launch it, I only get to the Codebook Cloud entry, need to click on the double pain icon on top to open the side menu – I typically get back to the side bar open when I launch it but something with the new update is only opening to the one entry page.
@jkender Thanks for sending over these 2 issues. While doing some brief testing i was not able to reproduce either issue but I am curios about this part “I did not see the updated entry until a selected MERGE in the Sync settings.” Did you actually tap the “Merge” option? If that happens, can you try disabling Auto-Sync and then enabling it again to see if that triggers the sync and also, can you go into the Sync Log and tap “Last Manual Sync” and copy and paste that log into the current ticket I have open for you so I can take a look, thanks!
