We license this JDBC driver through the SQLCipher Enterprise program. The package supports macOS, Linux, and Windows so it should cover any desktop or server side development requirements. The databases generated by the JDBC driver are fully compatible with other platforms, so you can create/update a database with JDBC and then transfer it to over to devices running SQLCipher (e.g. on mobile).
