My project needs to encrypt sqlite database on linux environment, but I could not find sqlcipher for linux version. Any update on linux version of sqlcipther? thank you in advance.
Hi @bhp0309, there is a Debian package available and the software can also be configured and built from source fairly easily on Linux. The advice listed here is a good starting point from building SQLCipher from source.
wgray, thank you for the prompt reply, I didn’t make it very clear, I am building my project using Eclipse on Windows OS, but the war file will be deployed on the Linux environment. still I can use the Debian package? thanks again.
