How to download version 4.5.10 (because I can’t upgrade above macOS 10.13)? Download page gives me 4.5.12. Not an App Store customer. Thanks.

Thank you for your support of Codebook and for reaching out. I’ve just added a new post to the discussion forum which provides access to a 4.5.10 build which is compatible with macOS < 10.15: Codebook for macOS 4.5.10 - LTS for < macOS 10.15
Let me know if that allows you to download Codebook for macOS 4.5.10 and install it on your machine which is macOS 10.13. Thanks!
Downloaded Codebook 4.5.10.
On launch, I get the dialog text below. So, it won’t run on macOS 10.13.6, MacPro5,1 (Mid-2010). Maybe a build configuration problem?
Codebook cannot be opened because of a problem.
Check with the developer to make sure Codebook works with this version of macOS. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and macOS.
Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.

Let me know when you have the opportunity to try it out and if you can confirm it allows you to install/run Codebook for macOS 4.5.10 on the 10.13 machine. Thanks!
