Unable to install Codebook on Windows 10 64 bit

Hello,

I am trying to install Codebook on an HP Pavilion laptop that is running Win 10 64 bit. When I double click on CodeBookSetup.msi, nothing happens. Msiserver is running in the services list, so it isn’t that.

I tried using the command line.

msiexec /a CodeBookSetup.msi

opens the installer, but then I am prompted for a folder for the server. No matter what folder I choose, the installation fails. I have appended an image of the error message.

Please advise.
