Hi folks, just a quick note since folks wrote in about it in the support box as well: version 3.3.0 of the iPhone/Universal version of Codebook shipped with a bug preventing it from launching and displaying properly on iPod Touch. Version 3.3.1 was released yesterday which fixes this bug.
