Cannot Access Account - user error

I have been using Codebook since its release and love it. Yesterday my 82 year old husband signed up for a free month of Codebook, but mistyped his email address as he set up the accounts that now all we see when he tries to open codebook (or access the account on the website) is a popup window saying his credentials are invalid.

We dutifully wrote down the recovery key as the account was being set up, but don’t know what to do with it. We are looking for a way to get into his profile so the email address can be typed out correctly, but cannot find a way to get into the account!

On April 28, '25 he will be charged for the yearly subscription, but as he cannot get into his account at all, it is $60 wasted. How can we get in touch with someone to help us start again?
