There is no “Share” icon on the toolbar in Windows. The “Share” option is available with a right-click.
However, the sharing contacts is empty. I do have another user under my cloud account.

The share icon is only displayed within the field list of an entry, or a note, not in the toolbar.
With regard to you adding another contact, do you know if that user has installed the beta version of Codebook which allows sharing? If not, they will need to do so before they can be listed.
The display of Unknown fingerprint is puzzling. Has Codebook for Windows synced with Codebook Cloud since you displayed the Manage Contacts window?

The “Unknown Fingerprint” went away as soon as I forced a sync by doing a dummy modification to an entry.
I am certain the other does not know there is a beta version out there. I’ll forward them the beta email.
