Is it possible to setup a password database for multiple users? Ideally, there would be passwords that could be either read only or editable for multiple users? Each user would have their own master password to the database.

Currently STRIP does not support that, however we hope to add a feature to a future release of STRIP that will allow for sharing of data between STRIP users.
