I’ve shared a few entries from my day job, and I’m retiring so will be deactivating that account and losing the devices. What happens to those shared entires? Can I ‘instantiate’ them on my receiving personal account so that they don’t go away?

@gwongBC Thanks for reaching out to us about Codebook and also for the question regarding shared entries. If you shared the entries while part of a company plan, the ability to see those “shared” entries would depend on the security provisions of the account owner as they can restrict sharing outside of the other account users. If there are no restrictions, then you would need to have a personal Codebook Cloud account and you could request to share with a person in your former account and they could share back those entries.
