We make frequent updates to STRIP for maintenance and stability purposes while we continuously build out the application on Android, Windows, OS X and iOS. We will not charge for minor updates, though we reserve the right to charge for major upgrades involving significant new features and a lot of work. That said, we have yet to charge for a major upgrade to STRIP since we launched the iOS version in 2008.
