Desktop Wifi sync option greyed out on Windows

Desktop WiFi Sync is initiated from your phone/mobile device. The behavior you’re seeing is correct (The sync menu grayed out on Codebook for Windows when Desktop WiFi mode is selected). Sync is a bi-directional operation, so the records from your mobile device and desktop are merged (being careful not to duplicate identical entries) and copied to each device involved in the Sync operation. Could you try initiating the WiFi sync from your phone/mobile device following the instructions provided in the link and let me know if you’re able to get your data synced?
