Hi there I need to make a backup of my Sync passwords on destkop and purchased the iPhone app but now on desktop Sync is greyed out as well as the preferences menu item? I need help syncing the data somewhere this morning as I have to wipe my hardrive.

When you were trying to initiate sync from STRIP on your iPhone with STRIP on your desktop (Mac, or Windows?), is STRIP on your desktop signed in, or locked?
