All has been fine for years with Codebook. Last attempt to sync from desktop to mobile devices resulted in Failure Applying Changesets error code. This happens each time regardless of the device. Desktop is 4.5.5 and mobile devices are 4.5.3. What is the problem?

For the first time, I’ve got the error Failure Applying Changesets when syncing from my iPad to an iMac using Desktop WiFi. Running Codebook 5.1.1 (4227) on iMac on Big Sur and Codebook 5.1.1 (4223) on iPad ios18.
Tried restarting the iMac and running Integrity Check on Codebook but no errors found.
Any suggestions?

These types of sync errors are better handled on a case by case basis. The cause and resolution can vary depending on your Codebook configuration and the steps may also involve potentially destructive operations if not followed precisely. Because of that, we find it best to correspond directly with the user on each case rather than post a set of steps publicly.
We’ve received your support request and responded to it.
