Is there an easy way to reorder the fields in a set of entries?

I entered data for several of my accounts but realized later I’d like to add another field.This field would naturally fall between two other existing fields. However I seem to only be able to append fields to an entry and does not appear to have a mechanism to reorder them.

Hi @janzelo,

What type of computer are you using Codebook on, iPhone, Windows, Android, or Mac? Each provides a capability to reorder the entries when editing an entry—simply drag the rows on the desktop. On iOS and Android each row displays a drag icon in edit mode that you can tap and drag to reorder.

Thank you for the help - I am using MacOS (I suppose it’s macOS now ha) . I tried moving the fields in the edit mode but just tried it without clicking edit and it worked. Thanks! Paras.
