Is there a way to have a copy as “look up only”? Want to give access to use but not to edit or add. Or is there a way to password editing?

Codebook does not provide a specific mechanism for a read-only view of data stored within it. You could work around this (partially) by installing the application, synchronizing the data you wish to share, then removing any credentials via unlinking to prevent future synchronizations. This would not prevent a user from making local modifications to the data, however it would not be replicated. Thanks for your kind words!
