I am trying to change from DropBox to Google drive on my alternate (Windows 10) laptop. When choosing the Google account, not the default Google account, I am presented with a code to paste into the application but no where to paste it. Therefore, unable to change the database location. (It works fine in my other devices - including another laptop).
Thanks for using Codebook, although I’m sorry to hear about the troubles. A couple approaches to try:
- Make sure you are running the latest version of Codebook for Windows (currently 3.0.39)
- Log out of your Gmail account(s) within your default browser
- Restart Codebook for Windows after selecting File → Exit Application from the main window
- Restart Windows
Typically, Codebook for Windows will be able to read the token being provided by Google after you complete the authorization. Would you try the steps above and let us know if that resolves the authentication phase? Thanks!
