An item with the same key has already been added

In trying to import a csv data base into Codebook, I receive the following error message:

An item with the same key has already been added

I have no idea as to what this means. Can someone clarify?

It sounds as if you have a column with a duplicate name in your source CSV file. We have put together instructions for preparing an import, along with samples here. Would you take a look at what you have and compare it do the import guidance? We look forward to hearing your results!
