It’s a common convention for apps using Dropbox for automatic syncing to use a dedicated Apps folder to avoid namespace pollution.
Could you please be a good citizen and also do that instead of creating a folder at the root?
Or at least allow users to change the location

@esv Thanks for reaching out to us about Codebook and the Dropbox sync location. Although this is not a “auto-sync” function of Codebook, we needed to make the requested adjustment for Google Drive sync so we could look into making this adjustment in the future. I created an internal “feature update” ticket for this request and we will discuss it and implement it if approved at a later date and we will post the update via a discuss post.
