Problem started in sync of codebook from Windows 11 to the dropbox cloud

since few days i have a problem to sync the db from my window 11 laptop and getting the problems like:
"unexpected Character countered while parsing value; <.path " line 0 Position 0: "

and

“An error occurred attempting to create sync.lock file during synchronization”
syn work from my cellphone with no issue

please advice
