STRIP stuck in edit mode

My windows STRIP seems to be locked in edit mode. I cannot change Preferences on do an integrity check without getting a message that says “… can not run in edit mode”. If I edit a record, and close it, I also get the same message if I attempt to sync with DropBox.

Any guidance appreciated.

I’m sorry to hear about the behavior you are seeing. Do you happen to know what you were doing prior to receiving that error message? In the short term, you can perform File → Exit application, then relaunch the application and you should be able to view your preferences and perform an integrity check. We will look further into the edit mode error message. Thanks!
