been using strip on iPhone for year now and works fine. purchased strip for mac and having troubles getting to sync with iPhone. Should this be able to sync both ways i.e. iPhone to mac and mac to iPhone? I’ve been trying from iPhone using settings; Sync, Desktop WiFi, Mac. From my Mac I’m unable to do any sync.
Any help would be much appreciated
Hi @pres, thanks so much for choosing STRIP and sorry to hear about the trouble! You’re correct in trying to initiate WiFi sync from STRIP on your iPhone—the Mac app needs to be launched and signed in to be running the sync service for your iPhone to connect. If STRIP for OS X is already running and signed in when you are trying to initiate sync, have you had a look at STRIP for OS X’s Preferences window yet to enable WiFi sync?
